Privacy information

Information about this website version, enquiries and saving your selections.

Updated 2026-10-26.

Who handles enquiries?

MB Elpower, company registration 305705017. Privacy contact: info@elpower.lt. Contact address: P. Lukšio g. 7, LT-08221 Vilnius.

Enquiry form data

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Enquiries are stored in its private database. When notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent to MB Elpower through the configured SMTP service (Hostinger Email) and the company’s Telegram chat.

Withdraw consent by emailing info@elpower.lt. No marketing subscription is created. Enquiries are retained for no more than 12 months unless needed for a contract or by law; outdated records are deleted during enquiry processing. You can request earlier deletion.

Abuse prevention

Form sessions and rate limits are used only for security. This involves a pseudonymised connection-source identifier, short-lived form tokens and technical data. They are not advertising audience data.

What is saved on your device?

Only pressing “Save selection” saves equipment and configuration choices to local browser storage. Contact fields are not saved by the application. Selections remain until deleted through your browser or “Delete saved selection” in privacy settings.

Statistics and advertising

Only after selecting “Statistics” and saving or pressing “Allow all” do we collect website visits, public page paths without query parameters, referring domains, safe campaign UTM tags and approximate active browsing time on the server. A random identifier is assigned to the tab session; it does not identify your name or contact details or track other websites. The session renews after 30 minutes of inactivity or on a new day in Vilnius time. We do not collect form field contents, full referring URLs or IP addresses for visitor reports.

Active time is measured in a visible, active tab; measurement pauses after approximately a minute without interaction. Reports cover only consenting visitors, so recorded visits do not represent all visitors. Detailed statistics and daily summaries are retained for up to 90 days; older records are removed upon the next statistics request. Reports are available only to the authorised owner. Abuse prevention uses a short-lived connection-source hash separate from visitor statistics.

The “l-power-privacy” preference is stored in local browser storage for 180 days. The optional “l-power-analytics-session” statistics session is stored only for this tab session. Withdraw consent at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer, switching off “Statistics” and pressing “Confirm”. New statistics collection then stops and the session identifier is deleted. Declining does not prevent browsing or enquiries.

Meta Pixel (1397886539092863) loads only with marketing consent. It measures page views and successful enquiry submissions. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are used only when configured and according to your statistics and marketing choices. Contact details from the form are not sent to analytics tags.

Service providers and external links

The hosting provider may process technical data needed for connection and security. Email software, sharing services and manufacturer websites have their own privacy policies. Their non-essential cookies are not loaded on this page.

Your rights and contact details

To exercise applicable rights to access, correct or delete data, restrict processing or withdraw consent, write to info@elpower.lt. Your rights depend on the data and legal basis for processing. You may contact The State Data Protection Inspectorate.

Solar generation scenario and city

The generation counter stores the visit start, selected capacity and city identifier in this tab's session storage. This is calculation state, not visitor statistics. The data disappears when the tab session ends.

A city may be suggested approximately using the hosting service's connection information or selected manually. If you press “Find the nearest city” and allow browser location access, your location is used once to select the nearest listed city. Precise coordinates are not passed to the enquiry system or weather service. MET Norway supplies the city forecast through the website server; your IP address is not passed to that weather service.
