Frequently asked questions

Answers about solar installations, storage, EV charging, prices and installation.

Do you install EV charging stations?

Yes — for homes, apartment buildings and business parking areas. We select AC power for your car and connection, assess the installation location, cable route and load management. More about EV charging stations →

Can the charger be integrated with solar panels and storage?

Yes, with compatible equipment and controls. We can plan charging with a new energy system or assess integration with existing solar panels. Surplus use and dynamic load management depend on the specific charger, meter and control equipment.

Are the prices shown on the website final?

Prices are “from” and include VAT. The final price depends on the models, mounting system and site. We provide an exact quotation within 1–2 working days of receiving the required information.

Do you work throughout Lithuania?

Yes, we install throughout Lithuania. An initial consultation can be carried out remotely using bills and photographs.

Who carries out the electrical installation work?

Work is carried out by VERT-certified electricians. We provide the qualifications required for the specific work before it begins.

Do you help with APVA grants?

Yes, we help prepare the required documents and application within the agreed service scope. Eligibility and grants depend on the call's conditions. Check current information at APVA and APVIS.

Who handles ESO paperwork?

We prepare the agreed contractor documentation and help coordinate connection. Your application, authorisation or confirmation may be needed. The scope is stated in the quotation. ESO document information.

How long does installation take?

Installation at a prepared site usually takes 1–2 working days. Allow approximately 2–4 weeks for paperwork and connection, depending on ESO, connection conditions, documents and the site.

Can I buy equipment without installation?

Yes, we offer 5, 10, 15 and 20 kW equipment-only packages. Electrical connections, measurements and other qualified work must be carried out by appropriately qualified specialists.

Can storage be connected to an existing solar installation?

Often yes, but it depends on the specific inverter and battery models. We check compatibility free of charge. Settings or firmware updates, extra equipment or an inverter replacement may be required.

Does the solar installation supply power during a grid outage?

Not automatically. You need a system supporting backup mode, a battery with suitable power and designed grid isolation. Different hybrid and AC-coupled architectures are possible; we agree these during design.

How long does a solar installation take to pay for itself?

Payback depends on price, actual generation, consumption, tariffs, grid settlement and maintenance. The calculator uses your explicitly stated assumptions; we do not guarantee a 6–9-year or any other fixed payback period.

Is a building permit required?

We assess this for the specific building, location and work. Requirements may differ in protected or heritage areas, when modifying structures and in other cases. Installation on an existing roof alone does not justify always claiming that no permit is needed. VTPSI information.

Can the solar installation be expanded later?

Yes, if technical and connection conditions allow it. We check inverter limits, module strings, battery expansion requirements, connection and permitted generation capacity. Future expansion is worth assessing in advance.

What should I do if the inverter or battery fails?

Contact us with the model, serial number, error code and purchase document. We arrange assessment of warranty claims under the manufacturer's terms and advise on possible temporary solutions.

Where should I start?

Call us +370 677 10633 or prepare an enquiry. State annual consumption and site location. We prepare a specific quotation within 1–2 working days of receiving the required information.
